The People’s Emergency Briefing: Community Screening & Discussion

22nd November at 6-8pm

What do changes in climate and nature mean for everyday life in the UK, and what can we do about it?

We are excited to be hosting a special community screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing. This eye-opening film brings together nine leading UK scientists and other experts, to present their latest evidence on climate change and the impact on areas such as:

• Extreme weather
• Food security
• Health
• The cost of living

The film is based on the 2025 National Emergency Briefing in Westminster (featured by ITV, Channel 4, The Times and The Guardian), and is introduced by Chris Packham, with a diverse range of voices from across the UK.

After the film there will be a short open discussion about the implications for our community and what we can do locally.

We have invited local MPs and councillors, and hope they will join in this important discussion about our future.

The film is currently only being shown at in-person screenings and is not yet available online

Admission is free, but spaces are limited! Bring a friend or neighbour and grab your spot today.
