Nestled in the heart of Dulwich, Copper Beech Café is the perfect oasis to enjoy homemade food, great coffee and locally sourced products. Modern in design, the interior features locally designed furniture and regular exhibitions from local artists.

The beautiful outside space is dotted with picnic benches and peppered with plants, fruit and vegetables, which surround the integral copper beech tree. Pop in to the café during JAGS Sports Club opening hours or anytime over the weekends and school holidays.

At Copper Beech Café, we aim to provide the highest standard of food and service with the lowest possible footprint. This means that our products are fresh, locally sourced and free range.

The delicious coffee we serve is roasted by small-batch producers Volcano Coffee Works, and our bread, cakes and pastries are delivered daily by local bakers. We always ensure we have a good selection of vegetarian, vegan and ‘free-from’ options, and café packaging is fully compostable, recyclable or sustainable. Louise Galizia Exhibition

April 2026

Fine artist Louise Galizia returns to Copper Beech Café to debut her latest body of work. Working primarily in her preferred medium of oil paint, this collection ranges from black-and-white value studies of sculptural casts to vibrant landscapes and still lifes.

Clothed Life Drawing

Allow yourself some creative time out at our Clothed Life Drawing sessions! We have four available this term and all levels and abilities are warmly welcome!

Private hire

If you’re planning a private party, exhibition, pop-up event or workshop, get in touch! Copper Beech Café is located directly next to North Dulwich station and is the perfect venue for parties and events. We offer various options and are available for catering services. The café can accommodate up to 75 standing and many more in the beautiful outside space, weather permitting.

The café is also available to hire for location shoots.
